Every student must complete an OSA PROJECT REGISTRATION FORM. This must be signed by parents / guardians.
Students are also asked to submit an OSA Planning Sheet to show the plans they have for their entry.

Concordia College will pay for the registration fee for entry into the competition.
To be submitted to the competition for judging, entries must meet the specific rules as outlined in the student's chosen category, must contain appropriate levels of scientific content and demonstrate careful planning and care with presentation .
We ask that families source the materials required to produce an entry eg. poster paper.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
When your entry is finished:
Electronic submissions: Please be sure to save your project in a recommended format (Word, pdf, ppt, link to a YouTube video) with your ID number and surname. We recommend you include your ID number and surname when saving/naming the file. You will need to include your cover sheet in your submission.
Make sure you have followed all the rules and presentation instructions for your category. Please be aware that any entries that do not adhere to the size and/or weight requirements where indicated may not be accepted for judging.
